« Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. « We were so impressed with this property. It's private yet close to almost everything (within 20 minutes). The check-in process was about as easy as it can get. Communication with the property manager was second to none. He was very communicative and answered all of our questions within minutes.
