Red Roof Retreat – Dock, No Wake Cove, & Fire Pit!

Introducing the Red Roof Retreat, where summer vacation memories are made to last a lifetime! This home features a newly renovated main living area and kitchen, an outdoor kitchen on the waterfront balcony, a private dock with lily pad, swim steps, and fire table, all situated perfectly in a no-wake cove, perfect for swimming and floating without the worry of boat traffic! The dock features a large mooring area on the side to accommodate any size boat plus two PWC floats!

Kitchen and Dining Area

This kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large dining table with a bench and barstools, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals.

Living Room

The living room features a couch, sleeper sofa, recliner, and a flat screen TV. (Fireplace not operational)

Master Suite

The master bedroom is located on the lower main level and features a king-sized bed, TV, nightstands, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is located on the upper level and features a King-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, and walk in closet.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is located on the upper level and features a King-sized bed, queen-sized bed, dresser nightstands and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 4/Loft

The fourth bedroom is a loft area with a queen-sized bed, nightstands and a flat screen TV.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms in the home, each with a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Outside

Outside on the spacious waterfront balcony you will find an outdoor kitchen complete with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor sink, and plenty of seating to enjoy views of the lake with family and friends. Down at the dock you will find several seating arrangements as well, including a gas fire table. The dock features a swim step, two PWC floats and a large mooring area on the side of the dock perfect for any sized boat.

Neighborhood Description

This home is located in a quiet, no-wake cove in Rocky Mount, conveniently located just 20 minutes from Jolly Roger Grub n Grog, 25 minutes to the Bagnell Dam Strip, and 30 minutes to Osage Beach.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
