Villa's in Rocky Hills

'Lovely spot. Got a free upgrade to a waterfront room, employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. Yes, the room was outdated but thats the charm of the place. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, and a great espresso machine in the rooms with local coffee pods. We had dinner at their restaurant - amazing food and service. Incredible unique menu using local food and produce with an amazing ambience. You can not find this at a Hilton nor a Marriot. Could not recommend The Waterloo Hotel more. Not to...

'stayed here for 1 night. didnt realise the check in was only until 8 or 8 30. The onsite manager was kind to give me a bit more time to arrive. I didnt use any common facilities, not sure if ther are any. No issues with parking, was very quiet, nice view. The room was old-ish but well maintained - no smell, everything was working. good view, ocean breeze. Easy to check in and out. '

'Property is very basic. Exterior property is unkempt and not looked after, with construction activity and cars that seem to be unmoved for many months. Only one half used roll of toilet paper available for 5 guests. Man hole cover into ceiling is only partially covered by beer carton cardboard. No freezer available.'

'On arrival, we checked in with our lovely host and she gave us an upgrade to a cottage because we staying 3 nights! The cottage was lovely, with lots of little touches that made the difference. Very comfortable stay!'
