« Our family of 14 traveled from Texas to Utah to hike in Zion, June 2025. Ages 12-84. Location: The house is between Kanab and Springdale, approximately 40 minutes away from Zion visitor center.Weather: We left the house each morning by 6:30am to arrive by 7:10 to ensure we had a parking spot at the visitor center. Because we hiked in the early part of the day, the morning air is fresh at around 55*F. In the afternoon it gets hot, 100*F but no humidity.Internet: meh; not great but we didn't come...

« This home was near the activities that we did--Zion National Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, and the St. George area. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the rooms in the home were very welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful rest after exploring the beautiful surrounding area. »

« Great property , nice location convenient to shuttle line. Be aware south pool is under construction, not a temporary closure from the looks of it. Still, north pool wasn’t a bad walk and a very nice way to wind down the evening. »
