Family vacay!

Perfect getaway for the family! Excellent amenities- pool, lighted fishing pier, spacious home, and location to take a morning walk/jog to get your exercise. An amazing place to enjoy family, relaxation, morning coffees on the upper deck overlooking Copano Bay, and making memories! You won’t be disappointed!

Fun in the Sun!

My family had an awesome time at this vacation rental. When we arrived the house was clean and very inviting. We spent most of the time in pool soaking up the sun, and watching the kids play. We have made awesome memories, and hope to come back next summer!

Wonderful stay

We had three families stay at the property. The host very accommodating and home was well set up for our stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, close to town. We had a small issue with the hot tub heating but the host responded and resolved it quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend this property to large families, extended families, or groups of friends with children.

Simply Amazing!

Hidden gem in a small town, very nice and calm neighborhood, extremely clean and beautiful home. The house has different choices for your loved ones, finishing, grilling, swimming or just enjoy the view on the covered patios. My entire family really loved this home. Not to mention how easy the check in process was. We had an awesome weekend. Highly recommend.

Amazing Ocean view!

Must say this has been the best house we have stayed at in Rockport over the past 10 years we’ve been vacationing. Amazing ocean view, relaxing pool and hot tub. Pier and boat lift was an added plus. Comfy beds, nice decor. Two fridges came in handy. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with and responded right away. I highly recommend this house. And already planning next year’s vacation there!

2023 Spring Break

What a great home for our extended family spring break get away. We had 6 adults and 7 children (ages 9 to 17). The house fit us perfectly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub most days and enjoyed seeing and watching dolphins swim in the bay off the pier/dock. House had all the amenities we needed and was well stocked for our cooking needs. Would definitely stay here again. Sean was extremely quick in responding to any and all our questions before and during our stay.

Fun stay with friends

The house was clean and well thought out. We appreciated the amenities like a waffle maker, sufficient pans and utensils and condiments. The fishing was great - even though the water is shallow we caught trout, crabs, several black drum and even a huge alligator gar! The pool was clean comfortable and a blessing in the south texas heat. Pool toys were fun also thanks! Beds were comfortable! We slept great!

2nd Annual Father's Day

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful house and it served it's purpose and that was to celebrate Father's Day. What a great way to celebrate father's day with all your family together in one house enjoying themselves, Some in the pool, some in the spa, some taking care of the grill and then some doing a little fishing. The kids were already asking me " Are we coming back to this house next year Grandpa?" The only negative thing was it didn't have local TV stations, I like to keep up with the local and national news, It however has tons of movies on the streaming channels. Hope to come back next year, God willing.

Copano Bay Vacation

The property was beautiful. We would recommend it to others. Only problems we had were that the tv remote downstairs did not work. And the Polaris Pool Cleaning machine was running many hours during the day while we wanted to be in pool.

Fantastic property, and location

This was our annual Father's Day gathering with the entire immediate family. Everyone enjoyed the house, the location and especially the pool. I couldn't get them out of the pool to have dinner. The lighted pier was another plus, didn't catch many keepers but had fun catching 10 - 12 inch trout and some drum. This is a fun property I highly recommend it.

A great place for R&R and lots of fun!

The house was fantastic and everyone had a great experience. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed other than paper towels. It was also disappointing there was a lack of TP in the bathrooms which I was unaware we would have to furnish. The bedding was lovely and lots of room to move around and place all of our luggage and other items. We also found it odd we needed to run the dishwasher and put all dishes away before we could leave. Never had that request before at other VRBOs. The pool build was messy and hard to get around to get to the pier but the neighbors were great and let us walk on their lawn to safely get onto the pier. This haven is definitely worth the stay! Just clarification on certain needs we should have brought would have been helpful. We would love to return next year. :-) Thank you for such a terrific place to celebrate retirement!

Excellent Holiday Retreat

Outstanding, peaceful, well-equipped location for the holidays. Extremely clean and well appointed. Kitchen has everything for a family stay. Owner is responsive and helpful. Location is perfect for a relaxing stay. Pier has excellent fishing lights. Highly recommend this home.
