And whether you choose to spend your days beachcombing, surfing, or sunbathing, you'll always come home to a private foosball table, a gas fireplace, and a luxurious jetted bathtub in the master suite.

You can’t get a better location than this house that sits right on the beach and next to a small stream. The house is full of light with many windows that look out over the ocean. I particularly love the open kitchen/ living room floor plan. We had a wonderful weekend and we will plan to return to this property.

The property and home were gorgeous, and the communication with the host was fantastic. There were easily extra rooms to stay in for 10 people and a great kitchen to host that many as well.

Location is beautiful, but the place is used and abused, don’t expect clean or safe. Steps in to house are broken, steps into hot tub are wobbly. Tried to clean and the vacuum had open wires. Front load washer had mold on it that you could wipe off. Master bath faucets didn’t work, duct tape holding rugs down, stains on ceilings, faucets in kitchen not properly installed and rotate, refrigerator has label saying “water and ice not working at this time.” The list goes on. Not worth what we spent on it. Disappointed in VRBO for letting this place in the system and the owner for not doing repairs. Zero stars

So close to the beach and great views! House was clean but showing the wear and tear. Beds were comfortable for our group of 17. Well stocked kitchen. Would stay here again

Numerous Property issues* No WiFi* Garbage full upon arrival* Property listed with AC, no AC, even though I confirmed 5 days prior to arrival and would have brought fans if we’d known* Propane tank almost empty even though we requested in advance that it be full for our first night. Had to drive to Tillamook to fill* Many windows had no screens, fall hazard with children* Sliding doors on beach side don’t lock, had to put a stick in it* Master bathroom sink not connected to hot water* Pee stains on door in second floor bathroom* Fan on stove doesn’t raise so set off smoke alarms multiple times* Front door needs repair, push handle doesn’t fully engage so need to slam into it to open. Kids got stuck outside multiple times* Primary issue is that the communication was mostly through an AI bot so we had no customer service. Only on the last day did we receive communication regarding the WIFI

We had a corporate retreat at this house, and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, great views, great location.

Really beautiful home!

We loved staying here and enjoyed being right on the beach. The floor to ceiling windows made for excellent views of sunrise and sunset reflecting off of the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location of this house, perfect for a large group with kids and a dog. Plenty of room to spread out, and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining.

Beach view great. Property in disrepair and not very clean. This is the second property we stayed at this fall and both were in disrepair and not clean. I left a detailed review of the last one with Vacasa.

Rocxkaway Beach Vills

Rockaway Villa-- a lovely getaway. A beautiful place right on the beach, it is great for large groups. We had a wonderful weekend, and it's so nice to find a house that is dog friendly. We will definitely return!

The Villa in Paradise!

We stayed here with a large group and it was so perfect. It had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and relax. The location, views, and ocean-front hot tub are not to be missed! I will definitely be back.

Big 47th Birthday weekend with friends. Kids, teens, adults and we got to bring our dog. The house was comfortable and views and location was fantastic.

Space for all right on the beach!

I rarely treat myself to nice things, but waking up on the beach in a place that feels like a home instead of a cardboard box is a feeling I want to experience again and again. Never again will I stay in a hotel when all of our friends and family can stay together in one place. We were so happy with our stay. I would highly recommend this house for your next family & friends getaway!

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Oregon coast!

I highly recommend staying at this vacation rental if you are looking for a beautiful location to spend time with family, friends, or co-workers. There were spectacular ocean views from right inside the house, and the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everyone at Vacasa was very helpful and friendly. Five stars all around!

Great place!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. They had all the things you need to host 22 people except bathrooms but that was part of the fun. This house can hold three large familys. The house is grand in apperance and the location right on the beach was spectacular.... need I say more.

The kitchen is beautiful, however, we were only provided with 1 extra trash bag... Not enough. We also ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and washing detergent.
