The location is wonderful - you'll be just a minute's drive to the market, shops, and restaurants in downtown Rockaway and close to all the sites and activities in the area. Whether you're into clamming, kiting, or just walking along the shore, you won't have far to go! Bring your shovel and bucket or kite right out back where you'll have direct access to Rockaway's seven miles of white, sandy beach. Take a hike on one of several trails in Oswald West State Park that lead to the beach, Cape Falcon overlook, or to the Oregon Coast Trail. Take the bike over to Nehalem Bay State Park and head out on the one and a half mile trail that circles the bay. Or, hop on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railway and follow the rugged and beautiful coastline, pulled by a vintage steam locomotive.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
