'Excellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...
'Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant not to mention very efficient. Abi was the very best example of a staff member who did everything to ake our short stay enjoyable.
The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable.'

'Enjoyed my stay here. It's only a few hundred metres from the city center so that's convenient. Hotel hs a restaurant but there are many choices in the neighbourhood. I was able to park in front of the hotel but I think if it's busy you have to park elsewhere but they'll help you with that I read. Would stay here again when in the area.'
