With 67 m² of living space, this cozy vacation home offers plenty of room for up to 4 people and is ideal for families or couples. The furnishings and well-thought-out floor plan create a pleasant living atmosphere.

The light-filled living and dining area, featuring a fireplace and an open kitchen, forms the heart of the home. Here, you can cook together, relax, or wind down at the end of the day by a crackling fire. A special highlight is the indoor sauna with a direct view of the garden, offering you a private spa experience.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds.

Outside, you’ll find two terraces that offer the perfect retreat at any time of day—whether for breakfast in the sun or a cozy dinner al fresco. The small garden offers space for peace and relaxation.

Practical and well-thought-out: A lockable storage room for your bicycles and a parking space for your car right next to the house are available to you.

Information on the tourist tax and any additional costs:
The tourist tax is calculated at the time of booking and is included in the total cost. In the event of changes to local regulations, the tourist tax rate may change before your arrival. You are always required to pay the tourist tax as calculated by the municipality.
Linens are not included in the rental price. Linen packages (made-up beds, hand towel, shower towel, bath mat—25.00 euros per person) can be booked separately.
If you use the sauna, the electricity (currently 0.50 euros/kWh) will be billed separately based on consumption.
We provide firewood for your fireplace upon arrival, and additional firewood can be purchased if needed.
