Property Access & Lake Information



Getting to the House:

There is a steep hill at the very end of the road leading up to the property. Guests routinely pull trailers up it without issue. If you are bringing a trailer and are not comfortable pulling a trailer on a steep gravel hill, this property may not be the best fit for your trip.



❄️ Winter Driving Advisory: During winter weather, mountain roads leading to the property may become icy or snowy. We strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD or AWD vehicle during icy or snowy conditions. Please check the weather forecast and road conditions before traveling, bring tire chains if available, and allow extra time for your drive. Road conditions can change quickly, and we cannot guarantee that roads will be clear or that a particular vehicle will be able to reach the property.





Getting to the Dock:

To reach the dock, you will head down a steep driveway, and the staircase down to the dock is steep as well. It is all well maintained and easy to use, just know there is a decently steep grade on the way down and back up.



Lake Levels & Dock Access:

The water levels of the lake are controlled by the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority). Levels are typically back to normal by the beginning of summer. We cannot guarantee dock access at any particular time of year.
