'Estancia tranquila, buenas habitaciones, lo único es que no tiene playa, está a unos 8 min el club de playa y hay que esperar una van para que te lleven, otra parte que no es muy cómoda, es que hay que transportarse en carritos de golf en todo el hotel, por qué son subidas muy pronunciadas e igual bajadas Bebidas excelente, comidas buenas, meseros y personal amables Si volvería por la tranquilidad'

'We stayed as a family of five at Casa Lotería in August of 2025. It was WONDERFUL for us! We ate breakfast everyday at the cozy restaurant by the pool, then chips and guac for lunch. Alan and Jonathan ended up feeling like family. Our boys, ages 15, 14, and 9, were in the pool a good amount of time (as were we). The staff was incredible. There is parking on-site. Rooms were clean, cozy, w nice, cold AC. We would recommend this little hotel to couples, singles, families. We are a bit homesick for...

'Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. All inclusive dus de gast hoeft zicht nergens zorgen over te maken. Als minpunt de wat chaotische check-in (kamer die de dag ervoor al klaar had moeten zijn was dat nog niet) en de aanwezigheid van met name Amerikaanse jongeren die komen om te feesten. Dan is het best druk en luidruchtig in het zwembad.'

'Everything was great about the property itself, very clean and looks to be recently renovated. Nice pool and beaches and excellent service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are very good and the restaurants are excellent, specially the steak house and asian one. Overall great experience. '

'It is the best place for a week stay. Convenient. Friendly as hell. If you are here for 3 days, you dont have to leave. Its all right here. We stayed a week and will definitely refer people to stay here. The Occidental is THE PLACE.'
