'Nieuw hotel met prachtige en grote kamers. Vriendelijke service. Geen beach ! Wel mooi zwembad met bijna hele dag vrij luide muziek. 95% van Gasten zijn Amerikanen en het hotel heeft helaas geen Latin vibe.'

'Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones.'

'The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.'
