Baffin Bay "Catch N Relax" - Spectacular Sunrises

Forget your worries at "Catch N Relax" in this spacious and serene Waterfront Home. The bayfront decks are a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the Spectacular Sunrises. Guests can have their Guide pick them up at the private pier that is equipped with a fish cleaning station, green lights, water and electricity.

PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND PRICING, ADDITIONAL GUESTS AFTER THE FIRST FOUR REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES. After initially booking you decide to bring more guests, please modify the number of guest in VRBO. Pricing is based on four guests and any additional overnight guest are $50.00 per person per night. VRBO will calculate the correct fees when the number of guests are entered. Smoking is only permitted outside on the porch or in the yard. No pets.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom bayfront home has everything you will need to make your stay a relaxing, fun and a memorable one. This split level house has an upstairs and downstairs living/kitchen areas. This is perfect for large families/groups so that you can all be together but still have some space. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bunk bed with twin over twin. Downstairs you will find one queen bedroom. There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

There is a spacious outside deck upstairs and a covered patio downstairs that are perfect for lounging and watching the the spectacular sunrises. This home is located on the Cayo del Grullo of Baffin Bay.

Enjoy all Baffin has to offer. Fishing, birding, kayaking relaxing and having fun, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunrises and gulf breezes.

Kings Inn Restaurant and Baffin Bay Seafood Company are within minutes. The famous King Ranch in Kingsville is a 30 minute drive and they offer guided tours. Kingsville has a nice museum and an old town that are worth exploring.

Items you may want to bring: groceries, seasonings, water, sunscreen, beach towels, adult beverages, fishing gear and binoculars.

Returning visit
This is our second visit to the property. The first was before the recent updates and I will say it was a difference of night and day. Separate living spaces made if easy for our two families to enjoy a long weekend together. Cheryl was an outstanding host who responded almost immediately and was most accommodating. I would not hesitate to book again and plan on doing so.

We stayed here and enjoyed the local area. Great getaway place. We enjoyed hunting and fishing in the area. 3 places to eat in the immediate area were more than enough to make us want to come back soon. The house was perfect. Cozy, Clean and private.

Will be back!
Great house. Fully stocked. Fishing pier was perfect. The outside of the house was so cute and had so many places to sit and look at the water. The water view from the upstairs kitchen was amazing. Kids can bring their gaming systems as there were great TVs. Wifi service was great and the TV was equipped with various streaming services. Close to town, the bait shop and Baffin Seafood which was the best food just down the road. Light at pier was broke (probably from the wind) but was addressed by the owners in record time. Not a big deal but wanted everyone to know how prompt they were regarding the issue. It was fixed before I even knew it. We will rent again for sure!
