'Bed sagged'

'Breakfast was good , staff was friendly; clean room'

'Friendly staff. Well lit and close parking. Shower gel dispensers wre placed by the sink outside of the bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were set on the tube and didn't work. The bed was comfortable to me but my partner thought it was too soft.'

'We thought the experience was fine. The beds/ pillows were very comfortable! The tv worked, shower was great. The breakfast was as expected. The only complaint was the heat/ ac unit in room was loud and clanging at times. We slept thru it . Staff very nice and helpful.'

'Very accommodating, spacious, clean and namebrand amenities. I travel for business and this is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at.'

'I was pleasantly surprised to find that Best Western has a signature collection. Very nice. Excellent indoor heated pool.'
