Returned to the hotel after being gone all day and it was not taken care of. The floor was gritty, had paper and stuff in carpet. Disgusting to walk on. We were also informed at check in there would be no elevator for our check out day. Our room was on the 4th floor. We were told to use the stairwell. Got to...

'Nice beds, but ADA bathroom was difficult because of oddly short shower curtain that allowed the tile floor to get soaked and slippery. Lots of little flying bugs in bathroom. Other than those aspects, the room was fine. Typically, the TV was difficult to navigate.'

'The worst experience. The room was filthy. The sliding door was broke with lock, Injured my right thumb trying to unlock door. I have pictures Requested a 7am wake up call and received a call at 718am by a live person asking if i receives my 7am wake call, what a joke. I was rushing to get to my appointment then. The bistro bar was not operational, broken coffee maker.
I now have a stye on my right eye after sleeping in that disgusting room.
Asked management for a call, still have not received a...

'First room was dirty- someone else’s hair was all in the sheets- that clearly hadn’t been changed. Switched rooms and it was somewhat cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was mildewed badly and the whole hotel smells musty. All linens were musty and dingy. Would not stay here again. Bed was also awful, like sleeping on box springs. Hard hard. 10/10 would not recommend if cleanliness is important to you!'
