'The most unique thing about this property is the grossly inflated price of the rooms. Beds seem old, the pillows are awful and the AC did not work in our room 7017. It gets very warm due to west facing windows and the AC ran all night trying to cool it in mid October. Did I mention the grossly over pricing on the rooms?'

'I always check in late at night, and the same gentleman has been working each time. He is always upbeat and is sure to offer a genuine compliment to each guest, as least the ones I observed. That young man will go places if he keeps that up. The hotel is always spotless, the check in is quick and the breakfast is above average and a true hot breakfast. My only complaint is that I didn’t start staying here sooner, which of course is on me.'

'Older hotel with a charm and class you do not see in newer hotels. Lots of space to park. Easy access to amenities. Great place to stay if you need to be near the Royal Alex or Alberta Retina Clinic. Good menu at the restaurant, great dessert!'

'This is a surprise hotel. It looks like everything was refitted recently. Very nice rooms. Spacious too; we had the ones with a kitchenette. The stove was ‘vintage’, but worked fine. Don’t expect to prepare extensive meals, because the kitchenware is limited to the basics. Staf is very friendly, breakfast is continental with fresh fruit and great muffins. So; we enjoyed our stay!'

'Een goed gelegen hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel en een uitstekend ontbijt!'

'Nice kind staff but the water pressure in the bathroom was too low, so it was a bit inconvenient.'

'Je kunt kamer 109 niet verhuren. Deze ligt naast de keuken en de gigantisch drukke lobby. Vanaf 6u is het onmogelijk verder te slapen. Verschrikkelijke ervaring.'

'Comfortable'

'I was traveling with my small dog and upon arrival, the Front Desk Associate was worried that they had run out of pet rooms. That did not stop her! She asked me politely to wait briefly and she went and began checking rooms personally to find one for us. She did! Awesome hustle and attention to guest satisfaction.'

'Hotel a bit dated'

'I always enjoy staying at the Chateau Nova Yellowhead Hotel. Its convenient location just off Yellowhead Trail makes it easy to access. The rooms have consistently been clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Although there are multiple restaurants nearby, I enjoy the food served at the hotel's own restaurant. A great place to stay, I recommend it to others!'

'Great staff , spacious parking , very clean room, and a delicious breakfast!'

'The staff were excellent. Good breakfast. Good location near West Edmonton Mall. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot needs cleaning/repairs. Floors throughout felt dirty. Window were dirty. Hallways were very hot. This is very basic accommodation, and priced accordingly.'
