« Location 5* (right opposite Paramarth Ashram, so one can see evening Ganga Arati from balcony) Service 5* (very helpful staff) Room size 5* (Premium Ganges view room) Bed 5* (very comfy) Room cleanliness 4.5* (bathroom sinks and faucets were clean but not quite western standard, lots of deposits visible) Morning breakfast 4* (limited choice for western standard) WiFi 3* (slow) »

« Property is good with nice food options. It’s a pure vegetarian as it’s on shore of Ganga river. »

« That staff was professional. Had problems for the beginning. They don't take international credit cards . I did not pay online because I booked multiple rooms . Had to go find a atm . The street is very noisy and had no hot water the last day I was there. I was woken up by what sounded like someone moving furniture above my room. »

« All good »

« Location was perfect and so were the views. The hotel staff was kind and extremely helpful. Food was great at the buffet (Latitude) and average at the A La Carte restaurant. They have limited baby cots and we weren't provided one during our 2 nights' stay. It was our elder kid's birthday and they provided a complimentary cake and decoration, which was nice. The only drawback at staying here is the smell in the washrooms. Sometimes it gets unbearable. Rest everything was great, no complaints. »

« This year, in April, my wife and I spent two weeks at the hotel. The hotel has an ideal location, right in the heart of Tapovan, making it close to everything, yet still very quiet on a side street. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant, which we recommend ordering from – you can not only enjoy delicious food there but also admire the beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable, including the bathroom – everything worked perfectly, everything...
