+ Spacy room and bathroom, great breakfast, very friendly staff, excellent price - Not the nicest neighborhood in Huddersfield, sometimes noisy at night

Good location for the Piece Hall with cheap parking across the road. Rooms are large but slightly tired but all reflected in the cost. 5 mins walk to the Piece Hall and the centre of Halifax

Curb appeal not great. Good double spacious room, clean and comfortable. View ok but outside needed a tidy up. Bar ok but no outside space unless you wanted to sit in the car park. Suited our needs and breakfast excellent
