'Nice hotel'

'Good things first: The rooms were clean and free from bugs. The air conditioning worked as well and wasn't too loud. The breakfast buffet was standard but adequate. The pool/spa was completely empty and being used as a storage location for spare parts, furniture, and appliances. Some reviews mentioned this but the property is still advertised as having a pool. 'The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The side door of the building cannot be opened with the room key. The back door of the building is always unlocked. The room telephone did not have a dial tone therefore I could not make a call to inform the staff that we could not access the internet upon arrival. Internet was available the next morning. There was a tiny cockroach on the bathroom vanity.'

'The faucet in our bathtub broke off and was spraying water out the wall and when I informed the front desk clerk, he looked at me like he was waiting for me to tell him what to do and said to me " there's nothing I can do about that until maintenence gets here" and maintenence never showed!! So we literally spent the last 24 hours of our stay with a waterfall feature we weren't expecting! How awesome motel 6!! =('

'Absolutely beautiful place. The grounds were spectacular even though it wasn’t time for the lavender blooms. The meal was the best yet in our Rt 66 jaunt. Room was really nice. Staff very friendly.'
