The Capo d'Arco district is a large private area in the municipality of Rio Marina which is guarded 24 hours a day by dedicated personnel, with entrance reserved for residents.

It includes three main service areas: an internal one with a bar, a restaurant and a large freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool and a small grocery store, one overlooking the sea with panoramic self-service refreshment, a salt-water swimming pool with children's pool and a last area with a fine pebble beach. There are lifeguards and umbrellas available in all areas.
Services are open with staff from the beginning of June to September. In the remaining months, April May and October, the island lends itself to relaxing holidays immersed in nature.

There are two tennis and five-a-side football courts and one for beach volleyball. Numerous panoramic trails that can be traveled on foot or by bicycle.

The apartment offers a bedroom with two double beds, one of which is a loft and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The kitchen area includes a dishwasher, an induction hob and a large fridge. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Closet.
In addition to the sofa bed, the bright living room includes a 6-person extendable dining table and a shaded terrace in the afternoon with a parasol.
