In the heart of the picturesque village of Rio nell'Elba, a peaceful location where even today you can see children playing in the streets of the village. Its elevated position allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding green hills, while remaining only 15 minutes from the beaches of Nisporto and Nisportino and the fascinating mining beaches of the East Coast, famous for their surprising colors. A short distance away is the Hermitage of Santa Caterina, guardian of the endemic plant species of the Tuscan Archipelago, with its Orto dei Semplici, the Public Washhouses and the Mining Park, which tell the local traditions.
THE SPACE
Two-room apartment on two levels with sea view. Independent entrance on the ground floor. Living room with kitchenette (induction hob), dining table and double sofa bed. Upstairs we find the double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
