'Apartment was in a convenient location close to everything. Room presentation was beautiful and their set up is cozy and roomy. Bathroom is also with perfect water pressure and temperatures. Definitely will be my to go place to stay on my PR trips of availability permits.'

'The view at this place will not disappoint you!! There is also a huge pool and access to the beach just across the street which was super convenient. Within 5 minutes of me being there I managed to turn the wrong thing on the door lock causing it to not lock. I message Rafael and he called me instantly to help me resolve the lock situation. He was so kind and patient while I figured it out. The staff was also friendly. I would definitely recommend his place.'

'We checked into the property and immediately discovered a very large spider on the wall beside the bed in the main bedroom. For the comfort and safety of our family, we chose not to stay. We notified the host immediately, leaving the property completely untouched and immaculate within minutes of arrival. The host refused to offer a cancellation or a refund. Host only offered to send someone to remove the spider, but since it was already late in the evening, waiting around in the dark for someone...

The information in the automated email was a little different from what he text me, so make sure to follow the communication that comes directly from the host. When we arrived, it seemed the housekeepers maybe switched the keys with a different property as they didn’t fit in our lock. 'This apartment was amazing! Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The owner stocked the apt with just about everything you need…beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc. The location is also perfect as it’s 15 min away from El Yunque Rainforest and we def a couple hikes there and a 5 min drive to Luquillo beach for a different beach. Probably the best place we have ever stayed!!'

'Scammed! Night before told being moved to a diff room in the same building due to ac issues stated nicer and bigger! With it being the night before check in obviously you would agree taking their word. This was 1000% a total scam. The room they placed us in was NOTHING like what is being advertised. It was so bad I ended up sleeping on the couch!! They don’t communicate through vrbo they send you a private email and text to get you to agree so nothing is documented. I’m for certain they do this...

'Hot water valve in shower was nearly inoperable. Glass in cabinet door over refrigerator fell out when opening due to poor retention of glass (screws apear to be too small and pulled out). Broken glass cut my foot and require first aid. Sliding door to patio was terrible..wouldn't lock and kept coming out of the guide track. Internet was spotty last two days.'
