Arrival Information

The reception team at Forest Edge look forward to welcoming you, to help speed up the check in process please could you let Forest Edge know of your party details such as names, childrens ages, email address and address of lead guest prior to arrival.

If you have booked a Friday for 2 night break then you will have a late check out until 7pm on day of departure and Saturday for 2 night breaks will have a check out time of 10am on day of departure.

Due to the close proximity to the A31, some accommodations may experience road noise - please call to check.

All non-family and group bookings will be subject to a £150 security deposit payable on arrival. This may change depending on the number of people in the party. No stag or hen parties are permitted.

Please note towels and tea towels are not provided at this park.

If you are bringing a pet then we politely ask that you do not allow them in the bedrooms of your accommodation please.

Please note you no longer need to book sessions for the swimming pool at Oakdene Forest. Numbers will still be limited and there is a band system in operation which will give one hour swim time. 15 swimmers will be allowed access every 15 minutes to avoid any congestion in the changing rooms.

PLEASE NOTEPlease bring own towels- if required, towels can be provided at a charge of £6.50 (for 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel).
