This house is made for a large family group!!
Let me start by saying the pictures of this did not do this house justice!! The house is nestled in the hills of Rincón with both ocean and Mountain View’s from the top terrace. With a family of 18 the house has plenty of space and privacy with each floor having a kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. The outdoor space was built to host, with a pool and grilling area. The gym onsite was a plus for the fitness junkies that were in our group. Dujardin was an amazing host!!! He gave us an in depth tour of the home and made us feel very welcome. I definitely recommend staying in this home if you have a large group. The downtown area is beautiful, about 10 minutes from the house is the beautiful plaza with plenty of shops and restaurants available. The choices of beaches are endless and each one more unique than the last. I plan on staying here on our next family trip for sure!!!

Second Time Stay
Dujardins property in Rincon is its own retreat. I love exploring and trying new things but based on our experience here 2 years ago we knew it would be foolish to try to beat it. So we came back and had another amazing time. Next time we will be coming back as well! If that doesn’t speak for the property I don’t know what will!

Nothing but AMAZING!!
The Owner Dujardin was an excellent host! Always available for questions and anything we needed. The entire property is beautiful very convenient for large families. The pool is amazing but what really takes your breath away is the view from the top Terrace. A great place to really disconnect and come in contact with nature. The beach is just 6 minutes away. Overall it was amazing and we can’t wait to visit.The Terraces at Rincon again!!! Thanks Dujardin We stayed from July14-16

Great place to stay with family and friends.
I was looking for a place to celebrate my big brother birthday and this location was perfect. Nice pool, grill and all the rooms were comfortable for all my family. Dujardin and Fernando are great and I felt lime home. I will recommend this place to my family and friends

The property was a great place for our extended family vacation.
Enough space for our extended family to be together and also have our own space. Lots of stairs to each level of you have issues with stairway just to be aware. Parking for multiple cars. New gym and laundry in the building were both great and convenient! Roof was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine. Thank you for having us.

The most wonderful surprise
Dujardin is a wonderful host. He employs a diligent & friendly property manager to address urgent issue, but still responds to messages quickly. The property was excellent - truly what I expected & then some! The rooms are actually separate apartments with their own full kitchens, bathes, & living rooms. All this allowed for my bachelorette party to remain a stress free weekend. The terraces & balconies were the icing on top. Cannot recommend enough! 10/10

It would be nice to know the arrangement of bedrooms-more a terraced style. There is not one large indoor area to gather (with a group of 14). Lots of outdoor areas that are perfect!

Terraces at Rincon - Great Week of Get Away
We took 9 people to Puerto Rico and stayed here. The owner and the property manager are the icing on the cake. The property is wonderful and the listing and pictures are accurate. Hands down no better views in town. Wonderful response from the owner and property manager, they are the perfect host. I highly recommend to this property to anyone. It is beautiful and the people are wonderful. Thank you to the owner and property manager for making our trip the best!

Wow!! Wow!!
This place is amazing!! Pictures do no justice. The rooms are spotless and have everything needed. We were a party of 15 and we all had our own private rooms and were able to “co exist” separately as this house offers three separate living spaces all including kitchens, full baths and two to three bedrooms! The pool, decks, and outdoor space is just the icing on the cake. The roof top deck made for amazing sunrise coffees and cold beer sunsets. Only about 5min from steps beach, Maria’s point, and Domes. And then only about 7 minutes from sandy beach. The host is the man ! He was such a big help and made us feel very welcomed and helped us with all our needs ! Will definitely be going back ! Thank you !

Rincon Getaway
Dujardin was the perfect host. He greeted us and gave us a tour and background about the property and shared great local recommendations. The house was great for our large group with plenty of space to spread out and a cool rooftop space to enjoy the sunset. The pool provided a great oasis when we were done with the beach! Beautiful Find! 10/10 Best Stay in Rincon!
The property was beautiful and the host is amazing! We had everything we needed and the best views in Rincon! Dujardin met us upon arrival and gave us an in-depth tour of the property. He was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local things to do and restaurants. He was always quick to respond and very helpful. Don’t pass up on this find - you can’t beat the scenery and the views! The photos really don’t do it justice. 😍😍😍

Our family trip to Rincon!
Dujardin was a great host and we absolutely loved our stay! He had awesome communication prior and during our stay. He was always available to answer questions and give recommendations. The location makes you feel like you are up in the trees and you can overlook the mountains and the sea. One of the most amazing views I had ever seen from the rooftop terrace! We had a large group of 12 so having the separate apartment suites worked out perfect for our group. And the common area with the beautiful pool and patio area were definitely put to use...our kids loved the pool! It was super nice that Dujardin takes care of all the picking up/cleaning (dishes, linens, garbages etc) after our departure. It truly allowed us to enjoy our time and the property until the last possible second. Thanks again, Dujardin, for your hospitality!

Beautiful and Peaceful
This has been thus far the best VRBO in Rincon! It's such a beautiful house configured perfectly for a large family. The views were amazing. The pool was awesome. The family is already planning coming back next summer. We are so grateful to Dujardin and Fernando. They were wonderful hosts!!

Great Property!
My family was a group of 15 including 6 children, and we had a terrific time. The pool is amazing for kids only four feet they had a blast. The host and manager of the property are super nice. The property is big and each family had their on place to stay. Excellent vacations!

We had an amazing time!
I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The property was clean, spacious, and the views were amazing. We had a family of 13 people and the great part about this house was that every family had their own unit so we all had elbow room but there were common areas to enjoy ourselves as a family. The Top Terrace was amazing!! Spectacular views! The hosts were incredible!! Fernando and DuJardin were so attentive and nice. We mentioned that we love mangos and pana and everyday during our stay there was a fresh bag full of mangos at the door. We needed help with an issue with our rental car and Fernando came to our rescue. We can’t say enough great things about them!! We would stay there again when we go back to Puerto Rico!! You can’t beat having a great place to stay along with extremely attentive and humble hosts!

We were a group of 11. Rented the whole property for the weekend and it was so great! We got the chance to divide each family by floor (suites) and everyone had their own space and room. When we arrived the owner gave us a tour through the property, making sure to let us know of any specific rules or details we needed to know. He also noticed one of the rooms had water due to rain from that afternoon. He made sure that was taken care of before he finished showing us around. We also noticed when checking in that one of the room’s AC wasn’t working so he opened another suite for us to accommodate in. During our stay, I texted Dujardin several times and he was incredibly quick to answer. All rooms had bath and beach towels and the kitchens were all equipped. The view is amazing and honestly the property is super spacious and comfortable. Beds were super comfy and all the bathrooms were extra clean (something I am SUPER strict about). I would give it a 10/10 and would love to come back here in the future! We had a great time and it was amazingly nice to spend the weekend all together in the same place! Also, the Rincon town plaza is just five minutes away. They main road for the beach is right there too. So the location is a 10/10. You get beach but also mountain, all bundled into one! Btw. Reserva Natural Tres Palmas is just eight minutes away and if you get up early you get a chance to go snorkel before the mid day sun and heat starts! The nearest supermarket is also like five-ten minutes away! Thank you Dujardin and Francisco! We loved our stay so much!

Muy acogedora para familias
Dujardin y Fernando son muy atentos. Desde el recibimiento hasta la atención durante la estadía de surgir alguna necesidad o inquietud. La propiedad es muy amplia y brinda la oportunidad de distribuir los espacios según las necesidades y características del grupo. Nos acompañó una embarazada y la ubicamos en el primer nivel, cerca de la piscina, para que no tuviera que subir y bajar escaleras. La vista es maravillosa.
