Take a short 7-minute walk to downtown (La Plaza) where you will find great shops, amazing restaurants, bars and great nightlife surround the area! Less than a 10-minute drive to El Faro (Lighthouse), Domes Beach, and many other beautiful surrounding beaches. You will have access to two onsite parking spaces, a community pavilion, outdoor showers to rinse off, and a pool. After spending a day surfing at Maria's Beach, snorkeling at Balneario de Rincon, or hiking through Gozalandia, come home and sip a piña colada on the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean! The condo is fully equipped with just about everything you need. There is an in unit, full size, washer and dryer, range/stove /oven, microwave, refrigerator, even a dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, utensils, drinkware, toaster, mixer, smoother maker, and coffee machine. The Primary Bedroom has a king-size bed, seating, plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom can sleep four. It has a queen size bed with a twin bunk and a trundle tucked underneath. This room also has a chair and plenty of storage. A second bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bathrooms have storage in the medicine cabinet and vanity. Shelves in the shower allow you to put the things you will need to handy. Toiletries and linens are provided. The living room provides a comfortable place to gather, stretch out or curl up with a book. There is a seat for everyone. Smart TVs are located in both bedrooms in addition to the living room. Using Wi-Fi, you can log into your private accounts on these and have access to your app libraries and settings. Cable television service is provided for the living room tv only. The dining table seat 4-6, plus 3 stools at the counter gives you options. Out on the private, covered balcony you will find comfortable seating, including a sofa, table, and chair. Speaking of the outdoors, when you are ready to head to the beach, you will find that you already have beach umbrella, beach towels, chairs, hats, a beach bag and even a cooler waiting for you to go.
