In Rincón de la Victoria, the holiday apartment "Los Olivos" is conveniently located close to the beach. This property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite TV with streaming services (international Dutch TV channels available), air conditioning throughout the property, a washing machine, a table tennis table, a game of darts, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are available, and gym equipment is also provided for your enjoyment.



Please note that there are stairs to enter the property. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a year-round heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a healthy meal for your loved ones. Please note that the pool is not fenced.



The property is just 300 m from the beach. There are many bars, restaurants, and chiringuitos in the area. Málaga can be reached by car within 15 minutes.



Free parking is available on the street. Two dogs are allowed for an extra fee. No noise is permitted between 11 pm and 8 am. As the pool is not fenced, parents are reminded to watch their children. Beach and pool towels are provided. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available.



This property features light and water-saving amenities. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic panels, and sustainable materials have been used in the insulation. The owners live upstairs in the same property. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
