Amerigo is an elegant four-room apartment furnished with care and very suitable for families with children. It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Rimini and enjoys a fantastic sea view from every room. Living room, kitchen, bedroom. From every room you can observe the sea in all its splendid colors. The location is also very strategic and particularly suitable for both those traveling for pleasure and those traveling for work: the beach is right in front of the condominium and at a distance of only 200 meters you will find the Metromare stop, which in just 5 minutes will take you directly to the train station. The Palacongressi of Rimini is also close to the apartment as it is only 2.5 km away.
Amerigo is located in Viale Regina Elena 38 in Rimini. It is located on the seventh floor of a condominium complex with a lift and boasts a direct view of the seafront and the beaches of Rimini. The apartment has four main rooms. A bright room featuring a table with 6 chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed with a 17cm mattress, air conditioning and Smart TV, a second room where you will find an independent kitchen equipped with everything you need: fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and various utensils and a comfortable table with four colored chairs. In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms equipped with comfortable mattresses, double pillows, air conditioning and in the main room you will also find a second 32" HD Smart TV.
The bathroom offers a shower cabin, hairdryer, a large mirror and a cabinet to store your beauty cases.
Upon your arrival each guest will find the beds made with sheets and a set of towels included in the price.

What makes this apartment particularly attractive is its terrace from which you can relax watching the sunrise or sunset, but always having the sea as the protagonist in the background. What we love to say is that your holiday will begin in the apartment because the authenticity of the breathtaking view of the beach and the sea of ​​Rimini will remain etched in your memories.
The property does not have a parking space, but outside the condominium you will find several paid parking spaces with an hourly rate in the summer period of approximately Euro 1.5 per hour.
A high chair and a camping cot with linen for children under 3 years of age are available on request.
Finally, we specify that we accept animals with a supplement of Euro 100 per stay per animal. Admission to the apartment must be previously authorized by the owner. In the presence of multiple animals and for stays of less than 7 nights, please contact us to agree on the rate for extra cleaning.
