The neighbourhood
Pulkveža Brieža iela is in Riga`s elegant Quiet Centre, an area of embassies, green parks and grand early-20th-century buildings. The famous Art Nouveau streets, Kronvalda Park, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance, and the Old Town is about a 15–20 minute walk.

Getting around
Public transport: tram, trolleybus and bus stops are a few minutes` walk away.

On foot: the Old Town is about 15–20 minutes.

Taxi: Bolt and other ride-hailing apps work everywhere in Riga.

Parking: paid parking is available; an EV charger is listed among the amenities – ask us for details.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking, no parties and no pets. Please keep noise down in the evenings – it`s a residential building. Long-term stays are welcome.

Security: there is a Ring security camera (video) in the common area outside the apartment (at the entrance door / staircase / building entrance). It does not cover the inside of the apartment – there are no cameras inside the apartment.

Parking: no private parking. Nearest garage: Radisson Blu Elizabete hotel car park, Elizabetes iela 73 – approx. €3 per hour, €21 per day (no weekly rate). Street parking around the building is paid city parking (Rīgas satiksme): €1–3 per hour depending on the zone on the street signs, paid Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–17:00, free on Sundays and public holidays. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.
House rules:
• No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building.

• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.
