Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment. A standout feature is the dedicated parking space in the courtyard, providing you with peace of mind and easy access in a central location. House rules:
• No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building (penalty 200 EUR).
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• We don`t have luggage storage before check-in or after check-out – paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.
