Studio in a renovated traditional Latvian brick building on Mūrnieku iela, in a historic part of Riga`s centre listed by UNESCO – the Old Town is about 10 minutes by public transport. King-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi and washing machine. Complimentary tea and coffee. Free street parking.

The space
A studio furnished in a contemporary Latvian style, ready for a comfortable short or long stay.

Sleeping: king-size bed with quality linens.

Kitchen: stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes and cookware. Tea and coffee are provided.

Bathroom: shower, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and shower gel.

Also included: TV, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and books for kids.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio. Self check-in – simple and precise instructions are sent before arrival.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is in a historic part of Riga`s centre included in the UNESCO World Heritage area, with original and renovated wooden and brick buildings, cobbled streets, small boutiques and shops. Groceries and public transport are close by.

Getting around
Public transport: several tram, trolleybus and bus stops are nearby – the Old Town is about 10 minutes away.

Taxi: Bolt is quick and inexpensive; a ride to the Old Town usually costs around 3–5 EUR.

Parking: free street parking is available nearby.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building (200 EUR penalty); please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.

Security: there is a Ring security camera (video) in the common area outside the apartment (at the entrance door / staircase / building entrance). It does not cover the inside of the apartment – there are no cameras inside the apartment.
House rules:
• No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building (penalty 200 EUR).
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• We don`t have luggage storage before check-in or after check-out – paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.

Parking: no private parking. Street parking around the building is paid city parking (Rīgas satiksme): €1–3 per hour depending on the zone on the street signs, paid Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–17:00, free on Sundays and public holidays. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.
