The space
A studio furnished in a contemporary Latvian style.

Sleeping: king-size bed with quality linens.

Kitchen: stove, fridge, microwave, cookware and cooking basics.

Bathroom: shower, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.

Also included: TV, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and an iron.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio. Self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival.

The neighbourhood
Ģertrūdes iela is a lively street in Riga`s historic centre with restaurants, cafés and plenty of shops. Rimi, Maxima, Elvi and other supermarkets are within easy walking distance, and the popular Latvian buffet restaurant Lido is nearby.

Getting around
Public transport: tram, trolleybus and bus stops are close by – the Old Town is just a few minutes away.

Taxi: Bolt and other ride-hailing apps work everywhere in Riga; a ride within the centre usually costs around 5 EUR.

Parking: paid street parking is available in the area.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building (200 EUR penalty); please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.

Security: there is a Ring security camera (video) in the common area outside the apartment (at the entrance door / staircase / building entrance). It does not cover the inside of the apartment – there are no cameras inside the apartment.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· Pets are not allowed.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Parking
There is no private parking at the property – guests use paid parking nearby (a short walk).
- Nearest car park: Snabb Ģertrūdes 131, Ģertrūdes iela 131: €1.50 per hour, €3.50 per day, €35 per month (no weekly rate). Pay in the Snabb app or at the machine.
- Street parking around the building is paid city parking (Rīgas satiksme): €1–3 per hour depending on the zone shown on street signs, paid Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–17:00, free on Sundays and public holidays. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app.
