'This is a cozy efficiency in very quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the park. Easy walk to park and shops and restaurants on 23rd. Hostess is lovely and all communications with her were prompt and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!'

'The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future.'

'Needed a comfy place to stay a couple nights while visiting my daughter. There was a small leak issue, which was handled right away once reported. The back patio was wonderful with blooming roses and a grilling area which we took advantage of.'

'What a beautiful, clean property. We stayed in suite c and had everything we needed. The views from our room were stunning from the large windows. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Washington. Judy was very responsive to text messages and helped answer any questions we had. 'The apartment is in a great neighborhood and is beautifully and tastefully decorated. They really seem to have thought of everything, including a makeup removal cloth, skin care, and frosted beer mugs in the freezer. I'm not a beer drinker, but I appreciate the attention to detail. 'We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.'
