"Mes deux filles et moi avons passées trois nuits à l’hôtel Holiday Inn Express d’Hammersmith. L’hôtel est plutot bien situé, sur la ligne qui relie l’aéroport au centre de Londres. La station d’Hammetsmith est à 5 min de l’hôtel. A proximité de l’hôtel il y a de quoi faire ses courses: Sunsbury’s, Lidl, Tesco, Mark’s and Spencer. L’hôtel se situe proche d’un subway et d’un mac do. Le personnel a l’accueil était agréable. La chambre était un peu juste et le canapé pas très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et la salle du petit déjeuner assez grande. Notre principal bémol concerne toutefois l’emplacement de notre chambre. Celle-ci était située juste à côté d’une ligne de métro, avec des rames passant toutes les 2 à 5 minutes. Les nuisances sonores étaient donc importantes, ce qui a rendu les nuits assez difficiles. Nous avions du mal à nous endormir et étions réveillées tôt le matin. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est bien situé et le personnel agréable, mais il serait préférable d’éviter les chambres donnant directement sur la ligne de métro si vous souhaitez pouvoir vous reposer au calme."

"We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for a week in London. Our room had one double bed and one single bed and was spacious enough for two people. The room was very clean, with enough power outlets and a small fridge that worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, with no interruptions during our stay. The bed comfort was average but acceptable. The bathroom was quite small, although the shower pressure was good. There was also a fan in the room, which was useful and effective, although it was a little far from the beds. The main thing to be aware of is that the room is located in the basement. It could get quite warm at night, so we sometimes had to open the window, which meant hearing traffic and police sirens from the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also a major advantage: a Tube station is about a 10-minute walk away, Westfield shopping centre is around 15 minutes away, and other public transport options provide easy access to central London. One unusual point is that check-in takes place at another hotel located further away. This is clearly indicated in the booking information and on a notice at the hotel, but it can be slightly confusing, especially for foreign visitors. Overall, thanks to a promotional rate, we found the value for money good, and we would happily stay here again for a week in London."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."

"L'hôtel est proche du métro et des arrêts de bus, juste en face il y a une superette, très pratique. Dans l'hôtel il y a de la moquette partout au sol, même les escaliers, et il y règne une atmosphère intimiste. La chambre est impeccable."

"Excellent stay!! The property was great with beds that slept well, the room was very nice. There was an option to purchase breakfast which was fantastic!! Lot's of options. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others."
