'Staff was very friendly, helpful. Rooms not very well maintained. Not very clean. Breakfast was not really breakfast. Lobby area too small.'

'My non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to leave after one night even though I paid for 2 nights'

'Bed was very comfortable and rooms were clean. Great coffee and friendly staff.'

'Clean room and property was overall nice.'

'I’m not one to complain, but this place was horrible! The gentleman that ran the front desk and took my call about the air conditioner not working in my room had the worst attitude! I will never stay there again!'

'Super cheap and it ain't gross honestly'

'My visit was disgusting. The hallway and entryway look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The staff was nonexistent. The person who checked me in was virtual and it took a long time because she couldn’t see my drivers license. When I got to my room, the bedspread was either dirty or stained. There were long hairs in the sink. Those two things alone made me question if anything was clean. I was exhausted and I knew there was no person to talk to so I just went to bed. I slept in my clothes...

'The location was convenient-right off of the highway, close to where we needed to be for the weekend. However, the property, parking lot and rooms could use some love. Pot holes in/around parking lot, hallways and rooms (our room anyway) need paint as there were scuffs all over the place. The carpets looked staind and pretty old. Our comforter on top of the bed was worn and staind so we did not use it at all. Staff were friendly enough and breakfast was decent.'

'By far the best stay we had during our USA roadtrip. Clean, friendly staff, extensive breakfast.. it was perfect!'

'Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....

'Beautiful hotel. Very clean. The staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.'

'I think this is a Super 8, they put a Hampton sign on. The room smells unbelievably awful, like cigarettes and mold. The bed is hard as a rock, the carpet is stained, the towels are yellow and mismatch, and the TV remote was broken. My throat is still raw from having to sleep here, and I’m only allergic to mold and pollen. I’m guessing it’s the mold. I got up at 5am and hit the road just to check out of this place sooner. I told the front desk about this situation, and she smiled and said she...

'Room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was very busy and could have had more options. Closes very early at 9. However it was very delicious and we were able to eat before hitting the road.'

'All in all, it was a good stay. The gentleman that ran the place made sure we had our key even though we showed up late. My only complaint was that the air conditioner/heater did not have a working constant fan button. Button would not work. Other than that, it was an easy stay and quiet for the family'

'Property was fairly rundown and there was a big truck stop right across the road so it was noisy'
