'The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,...

'Room was cozy with nice colors that lifted my mood. Wi-Fi worked well enough for browsing, which was handy since we were planning outings. Having a refrigerator in the room helped us keep drinks cool after our long days. It felt like home away from home.'
