Fabulous Cabin w/Hot Tub + Game Room

In the majestic setting of the Mt. Hood National Forest sits TIMBERLINE RETREAT, the perfect pet friendly location to find rejuvenation, adventure, fresh mountain air, all while in luxurious comfort amid every amenity.
Newly renovated spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Retreat features luxury linens, a great room with vaulted ceilings, a wood pellet fireplace, and new chef's kitchen with samsung appliances. Beautifully landscaped backyard and deck with hot tub, hammocks, BBQ and Fire Pits.
The space
The bedrooms feature: Master with king size bed, walk in closet and plenty of room; Queen bedroom with full size closet; Twin bedroom with pull out trundle. Chefs kitchen with all you need for the perfect meal. Heated Garage Gameroom with Ping Pong, Foosball, Darts and Chess. Roku Smart TV's in the Living room and Master. Hot Tub, Fire Pit, in the fully fenced backyard.
Guest access
We allow 2 cars in the driveway. There are 2 parks in the neighborhood and access to Sandy River.
Other things to note
We ask that all guests be mindful of the cute, quite and family friendly neighborhood that Timberline Retreat resides. There is a sound ordinance that requires all noise be kept at a respectful level, and move all activities inside by 10PM.

Great get away

Quiet, with activities all around. Easy access for Portland area. Hot tub, BBQ, gas fireplace, and heater (not needed for our stay, but nice add) community pool, tennis courts. Trails to Sandy river easy walk from home! Very clean and well stocked.

Lovely family getaway in the mountains

The house was amazing for our family of five and the game room and hot tub were a huge hit. We had plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen is well stocked, and we loved the decor and small touches (including a great selection of games/puzzles). The host is incredibly responsive and gave us suggestions in advance for things to do. We only wished we stayed another night so that we could check out the pool. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Lovely home walking distance to River

We had a lovely stay at this home and the owner was extremely responsive. Loved that we could walk to the river for a quick plunge to cool off. One tip for future renters - we had no cell phone service outside the house so we could not get in because we had not saved the key code prior to arrival. we had to drive 10 minutes away from the house to get enough service to get the key code. Write down the code to access the house before you head there in case you don’t have service on your phone!

Hiking Mount Hood

We stayed for 4 nights to hike. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the trails. The house has everything that you should need. We did not cook any meals but the kitchen seems to have everything you should need. We spent most of the time hiking or exploring the area. Although we did not use it there is a nice hot tub and a game room. Ramona Falls is a must hike. We also enjoyed Mirror Lake Loop, Tamanawas Falls Trail and Top Spur/Timberline Trail. For dinner Rondezvous Grill is good and Wraptitude has good wraps, local beers and live music. Stephanie is a great host who is always quick to answer any questions. We had a great time

Everything was great except for that there was no recycling and we were instructed to put all trash in the yard waste bin. I would not have stayed at this place if I had known that. It is terrible for the environment and is the reason I wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent quiet home for family or friends

Excellent comfy place that feels like home. Super comfy beds, quiet with no noise, great shared spaces with comfy sofa and chairs and an excellent kitchen. Fun game room and lots of games and puzzles. Outdoor area excellent (though needs a bit of a brush-off- spring cleaning), lots of seating, bbq, hot tub and propane fire table, all working! One weird thing was the lack of any shelf or dresser space in the bedrooms, so we just had to leave our suitcases on the floor (there are closet rods w hangers). Just putting a small shelf unit in each bedroom closet would help. There are bedside tables (yay! Overlooked in many places). We were a group coming from different directions and weirdly google GPS got all of us mixed up, so look before you head out so you have an idea. The host is an excellent communicator, super helpful and friendly.

A fabulous location for our event

We got married here on the deck overlooking the Sandy River and were so enchanted by the beauty of the location. I cannot imagine a more magical place to exchange vows! And Kathy was amazing in bringing flowers and helping us check in. Most amazing stay!

Great Spring Break Getaway

Spent 3 nights here as a short getaway to go snowshoeing by day and play board games and watch movies by night. The kitchen was really well-stocked with equipment, the house was clean, updated and comfortable. We'll definitely stay again!

Great Little Cabin!

Great place for family and friends reunion

We love this place! My family and some friends have made this into an annual trip up to the mountain. Snowshoeing and skiing nearby, a great hot tub and game room are good for all ages. The kitchen is very well stocked and the accommodations are quite comfortable. Highly recommend!

Quiet house and neighborhood

The house worked out great for our family to have access to xc skiing on Mt Hood over the MLK weekend. The boys loved the game room ping pong, darts, and foosball. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is set up to cook and bake. The gas grill might need a tuneup or new cylinder as it wasn’t quite as hot as it could have been. Comfortable and clean, everyone had a good time.

Great family get away

We enjoyed a four day snowboarding trip with the family. The cabin was well stocked clean and had no issues during our stay. We would definitely revisit this location. The food in town was great as long as you don’t mind waiting a little bit.

Great neighborhood, great cabin, great access to everything in the area, Plenty of room. Just leave it leave it leave it leave it. Great kitchen, great backyard. Games are plentiful. Nice Hot tub.😁
