Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide and no steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 85cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, whilst one step leads down from the covered terrace to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 69cm wide.
