Welcome to our cozy villa in Pastida, Rhodes! Tucked away in a quiet spot, our place is perfect for anyone who loves peace and privacy. Surrounded by lots of greenery, its like your own little hideaway where you can relax without any disturbances. Inside, youll find everything you need for a comfy stay. Whether youre chilling by the pool or sitting on the porch, youll feel super calm and relaxed.
Inside, youll find four cozy bedrooms - three with big double beds and one with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms with bathtubs, while there are two more bathrooms with bathtubs for everyone to share. In the living room, there are two single sofa beds, providing extra sleeping space if needed. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up delicious meals during your stay. Outside, youll discover a fantastic outdoor area with comfy furniture where you can relax and soak up the sun. Theres also a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together in the fresh air. And for those who love barbecue, weve got you covered with our barbecue grill. The most beautiful part of the villa is the private swimming pool. Take a dive to cool off on hot days or simply lounge by the poolside with a refreshing drink in hand. Its the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your family and friends.
The Villa is located near the village of Pastida and is a short drive from the center of the village where you can find all the conveniences you would like such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc. The location of the property is also close to the Airport which is a 10-minute drive from it. Last but not least, you can visit the beautiful beach of Kremasti to enjoy a nice swim.


We would like to inform you that the accommodation tax per overnight stay is as follows:


From 01/04 to 31/10: EUR15,00 per overnight stay
From 01/11 to 31/03: EUR4,00 per overnight stay
