'I will say that once upon a time this would have been a lovely property. It is just ok now. Our bathroom was dirty. There was a dirty handprint on the wall of the bathroom that was fairly gross. You get hit by a $50 resort fee, which I dont understand. They offer you two free rum punches and I suppose that makes it a resort. Westerly Beach is beautiful and the setting is great. I can't say any other of the hotels looked much better but this place couod use some TLC.'

'We wish the breakfast eggs and sides were a little bit higher quality. Having the breakfast is a nice amenity but the items were not as good as expected.'

'When we first checked in and the smell in the lobby was unbearable. It smelled like sewage. The entire first floor was being renovated. That created a lot of noise into the evening. Once we entered our room, the heat was not working properly. We complained to the front desk they said they did not have any other rooms and they sent a technician who did not do anything with the system. The bedside outlets were not working. Sunday morning housekeeping was vacuuming starting before 8 AM. Before 9 AM...
