'Dropped into Newport for a long weekend to have a weekend away and to see our son's final rugby match of the year. Despite the wet and chilly weather we had a great time as always hanging in Newport'

'All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.'

'Great location, easy walk to all the action downtown. Decorated with style and a nod to the history of the building and the heritage of Newport. Our family really enjoyed our time at this house.'

'We really enjoyed our stay in Middletown during the folk festival. The apartment was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We had a little bit of a snag with check-in, but Brad was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.'

'We had a great stay at this property! The hosts were communicative and flexible, and the property was very clean when we entered. The location was great - a quick walk with sidewalks to the beach, a few restaurants steps away, but still a quiet street and neighborhood.'

'Spacious home very close to waterfront. Easy walk to restaurants, cliff walk, and more. The home had everything we needed for a great stay. We loved the rooftop deck. Parking can be difficult during peak season. We would stay here again! '
