Las cobijas de los dormitorios compartidos se cambian cuando los huespedes no dejan nada sobre las camas, esto por respeto a sus pertenencias. Respecto al agua de las llaves, es algo muy comun en Islandia y se debe a los minerales que tiene el agua naturalmente. El agua caliente es la unica que tiene olor a azufre, el agua fria no tiene ningun olor y ni sabor :) Es parte de la experiencia de Islandia.Esperamos que tenga muy buen viaje!

Hi Rahel,we assist you as much as you requested, we even draw it on the map, and ask you several times where did you want to go specifically. Also kitchen is opened every morning between 6:30 am and 7:00 am. Im sorry your experience wasnt the best.
