Kipo Paradiso Stone Villa is a stunning property set in a peaceful and tranquil rural area, adjacent to Kyrianna village, just 13km away from the vibrant town of Rethymno. This beautiful villa can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends.



The villa features a charming two-story design constructed with traditional stone materials. On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting open-plan living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a large TV, and a delightful dining area. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room with a toilet on this floor. Ascend the internal staircase to the upper floor, where two bedrooms await, both furnished with cozy double beds featuring comfortable Coco-Mat mattresses. These bedrooms share a modern shower room with a toilet.



Stepping outside, you'll be greeted by a picturesque patio adorned with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. For added convenience, there is also a third shower room with a washing machine and a dryer. The villa is equipped with individual air conditioning units, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate, and offers fast internet WiFi coverage throughout the property.



Kipo Paradiso Stone Villa is part of the larger Kipo Paradiso Spa, Massage, Yoga, and Gym Resort. While the other building within the resort will be closed when the stone villa is booked, all of the resort's facilities and exterior areas will be at the exclusive disposal of the villa's guests. You'll have access to a fully equipped gym, a serene lawn yoga area, a dedicated massage room, two jacuzzi rooms (with an extra charge upon request), a sauna (with an extra charge upon request), and two private swimming pools.



The gym area features four showers and two toilets, while the massage room is equipped with one toilet and a shower. In the main area, a common toilet is available for shared use. The exterior of the villa offers an abundance of resting areas, each thoughtfully furnished and surrounded by tranquil ambiance. You can enjoy shaded relaxation spots, indulge in refreshing dips in the two private swimming pools—one for adults (measuring 8.40m x 4.20m with a depth of 0.80-1.50m, optionally heated for an additional charge) and another for children (measuring 2.00m x 2.00m with a depth of 0.80m)—or challenge your companions to a lively game of table tennis.



Important Note: The heated pool requires 3 days of warm-up in advance, so for your best service, you can request the heated pool use at least 4 days prior to your arrival.

The costs for the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool are determined according to the cost of electricity.



The villa is situated on a sprawling 4000 sq.m. plot of land, boasting 12 different gardens adorned with plants, fruit trees, and vegetables. With prior agreement with the owner, guests can enjoy the fruits of these gardens. Furthermore, the villa offers an electric power charging facility for electric vehicles.



Despite its peaceful location, the area surrounding the villa provides easy access to amenities. Within a kilometer, you'll find charming taverns, and a local mini-market is just 500 meters away. For those seeking additional relaxation and rejuvenation, the resort offers yoga, gym, massage, and spa services at an extra local charge.
