« Rooms and floors were very old, stained and dirty. I had to wipe my feet off of grit before getting into bed and before putting on socks. When I checked in, I knew the price from Expedia. What surprised me was it asking for a tip between 18-22% or customized or no tip. Unheard of!! « The properties absolutely beautiful. It’s intimate and comfortable. I would love to come back again when the weather is cool and the fireplaces are going. Opportunities: The lack of luggage carts made for labor intensive in and out. Availability of dishes, and utensils would be appreciated. »

« The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the mattress in my room had a dip in it making the bed uneven to sleep on. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. »
