'Vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij inchecken als ‘door de dag heen’. Ontbijt is redelijk, opties zijn vrij beperkt maar het volstaat wel. Op handige loopafstand vanaf Carowinds. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid, overzichtelijk en goed verlicht. Manco is wel dat er geen lift is, wij hadden (op verzoek) een kamer op verdieping 2 dus dat is wel even koffers tillen. IJsmachine aanwezig, maar buiten gebruik. De vloerbedekking in de gangen en in de kamer, alsook de trap van 1 naar 2 zag er allesbehalve...

My stay had to end early, I checked in for a Mon-Fri stay and had to leave Tuesday. They refused to work with me and insisted on charging me for Mon-Fri for a room I slept in once'

'The pool was green and closed for repair. The room was clean but appeared old and not up to date with the photos seen online. The night shade was stuck in one position allowing a bright parking lot light to shine directly into the room. The shampoo and conditioner and shower soap are in canisters on the shower wall accessed by a pump which did not work on the conditioner. 'Not a bad room to spend the night in at all! Very simple. Had a lot of keycard issues, but the lady at the front desk was so sweet and understanding. The shuttle staff were all very kind and helpful as well!'
