'Bed bugs And no help or concern showed by staff So disappointed'

'The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc.'

'so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife...

'Everything about this hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a little low; but I don’t blame the facility. Location was very convenient, lots nearby.'

'All told, hotel is nice. Music in the restaurant was way too loud including when they had a singer there. Room mini fridge barely got cold and thermostat was not working but temp was at 66 which was ok, but could have been bad if any warmer as room was just comfortable with temps outside hovering around 105 degrees.'

'It's one of the best priced properties available. That being said, it's an older building with older furnishings and an older bathroom and kitchen. Everything worked fine, but it won't be either fancy or modern.'

'My boyfriend and I stayed just one night at this location. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and very clean. We opted to stay on the 5th floor, which we chose ourselves through the Hilton app, so we could have a little more privacy. The free breakfast was great! Freshly made omelets were clutch!! As a picky traveler, I was very pleased. Stay here!!'

'Prima hotel om Philadelphia en omgeving te verkennen. Als we naar de Verenigde Staten gaan, kiezen we altijd voor een hotel van Hampton Inn. We hebben in veel ketens overnacht maar Hampton Inn voelt altijd weer als thuiskomen. We weten inmiddels wat we kunnen verwachten. De kamers zijn comfortabel en het ontbijt is meer dan prima. Genoeg variatie voor een paar weken. Ook in King of Prussia voelden we ons thuis. '

The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.'
