'Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9.
We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by.
The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. '

'This cottage was the absolute perfect get-away for a long weekend with family and friends. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need to enjoy your stay (blankets and pillows for comfort, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pots and pans etc. in the kitchen). The delicious wine left by the owners was much appreciated. The location is perfect for walking into town on pedestrian only country paths making ti safe for kids and dogs. 'What an absolute gem of a place!
There's nothing like a fantastic breakfast to start the day and oh boy did we get it here .
Also I had the fish and chips one evening and it has to be said it ranks along side the best I have ever eaten....Attentive staff who clearly know what they are doing . We have never stayed in Wells before but we will definitely stay here again when we return.'

'Above all else, the hospitality of Sue and Clive was outstanding. Despite the cold weather spell, our room was lovely and toasty and a delight to return to after a day exploring.
Food was superb. It was a lovely place to be based for a two day stay in Norfolk. '
