« Charming little studio in an excellent location. An easy 10 minute drive to Ptown, and the beautiful bay-side private beach truly was just across the street. Very clean, tidy and up to date bathroom. Great ceiling fan, and the window AC heats or cools. A few notes: The fridge is more of a dorm-sized mini-fridge than an "apartment fridge." See the photos. And you'll need to pay 25 for sheets and towels, or bring your own. »

« Tom et Marcia ont étaient d'un accueil formidable et très sympathique malgré le problème de la langue. Le studio et très chaleureux, fonctionnel, le lit très confortable, ce logement nous évoque une cabane dans les arbres au milieu des oiseaux et écureuils. La douche à l'extérieur n'est pas un problème, spacieuse et chaude, ennuyeux seulement s'il pleut. Seul petit bémol, manque un lavabo , il n'y a seulement qu'un évier côté cuisine. Globalement très bonne location que nous recommandons. »

« First time I've ever booked through VRBO (or any other online system) and I was a little nervous about the whole thing but ....The place was a perfect stay for myself and two 14 year olds .... the clean pond was perfect for the teens who took advantage of it a few times; if we had more time they would have been in it more. Being able to use the grill a few times was great Location was perfect to the beach and quick drives Orleans for paddlebpoarding and Yarmouth for mini golf. My daughter said...

« We sat on the covered porch and watched the bay and sunsets. There was almost always a nice breeze. The room was well appointed, we cooked, we ate out (Provincetown was easily accessible), the bed was comfortable, and the unit was clean. It was an easy walk across the street to the bay beach or a short drive to the ocean. We have stayed in this location before but not with this host.
