« This place was NOT clean!! The floors were not swept, mopped, or vacuumed. Everything was still dirty. The countertops had coffee on them the walls had spills and puddles on the baseboards. Bathroom sink and vanity not cleaned and hair and stubbles in the sink BUT the absolute worst part was when we pulled the bed down and the sheets were not washed. I swear to you there were so many pubic hairs in the sheets, a few regular long black hairs on the sheets and pillow cases and stains on the...

« The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. »

« We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. »

« I did NOT stay there. The property is run down, I was given 2 different rooms and both were very poor. The bathrooms were disgusting, tubs were moldy. The first room #301 bathroom looked like a child was repairing the caulking and grout. Unbelievable how poor this property is. »

« We enjoyed our stay, the elevator was down but the staff communicated that very well, and we are able to take the steps. Our room was nice, the housekeeper had missed some trash in the room. The breakfast meal was very good and though it was busy at the time we ate, there was plenty of food and coffee. »

« I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM. »

« The property was beautiful and spotless. I stayed 3 nights and on my last day I had jewelry go missing off the night stand. I know I shouldn’t have left it out. Hard lesson learned. »
