The property is situated on the ground floor of a historic building and enjoys a large living space that is arranged as three interconnecting rooms. A TV room with a double sofa bed and an armchair, a small dining room and a kitchen equipped with; an induction hob, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a washing machine. Large picture windows flood the apartment with natural light and a tiled floor features throughout.

Bordigotto Beach is a 7-minute walk from the property and Ciappea Beach is a 4-minute drive (12-minute walk). The closest restaurant is a 2-minute drive away and there is a supermarket within a 3-minute drive.
