Ravello : Hotel Graal
Het hotel is toe aan een opknapbeurt. Als je het hotel boekt met de bedoeling om gebruik te maken van het zwembad en het is niet beschikbaar dan is dit een teleurstelling. De 4 sterren zijn wat overdreven. De service en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel is fantastisch.

prima service vriendelijke mensen en aardig hotel
Ravello is schitterend. Dit hotel is net als veel huizen aan de bergwand geplakt. Entree op BG, onze kamer twee etages naar beneden. Uitzicht is adembenemend, zicht op bergen en kust. Service en vriendelijkheid van personeel is prima. De kamer was redelijk ruim (met twee kinderen erbij), met balkon met uitzicht.

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée Nous avons été surclassés avec une chambre récemment rénovée avec une splendide vue mer avec balcon. Le parking étant éloigné de l’hôtel, le personnel fait le nécessaire pour te déposer la voiture et nous la ramener. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct Je recommande cet établissement

The staff was absolutely lovely ! The second we stepped foot in the lobby we were greeted with a warm welcome until we left. We ended up eating dinner at the hotel restaurant twice because it was so delicious. The room was updated and had an incredible view. Can’t wait to visit again.

Mid class hotel with great location
Excellent location, great view from room and restaurant, close to city centre. Rather small room and bathroom, the latter somewhat run down. Good restaurant. OK pool. Not much atmophere at the hotel, should mainly be chosen for the location.

We travel a lot this is the first time I had a such experience very uncomfortable room with the cracks on the wall and the bathroom set up was disgusting no proper shower very uncomfortable bathtub we very disappointed we bring this to attention to the staff and we got no response.

A very enjoyable stay
We had a very enjoyable stay at this Hotel, The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The view from our room was wonderful. Food was really good and varied. The Hotel was a short walk to the towns main square. All in all the Hotel made our first stay in this are Very enjoyable.

I have mixed feelings about Graal. Good stuff - Amazing location and views. Interesting art deco architecture which I love. Pool with stunning views and a delicious breakfast. Room had a small terrace with the same incredible views. Bad stuff - Very old unrefurbished room. Lights didn’t work, sink and shower draining slowly, generally a bit shabby. Our room didn’t have a TV! And there were no spares available or spare rooms to swap to. Also no tea coffee making facilities and ordering a single coffee to the room cost 9 euros. The rooms are a 2 star standard but the good points above go some way to balance it out. There are refurbished rooms available at a higher price which look much better. Overall it’s an ok place let down by the old rooms. I didn’t feel like I got good value here.

This was by far an excellent choice for us! We entered at street level with no steps, and the facility had an elevator. Breakfast was amazing, and the view from our balcony was unbeatable. It was right by the taxi and bus stand and right around the corner from the main square. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Ravello or Almalfi coast area.

The hotel is in a stunning location with breathing views , excellent for walking into main square. It has nice pool area with complimentary towels, bathrooms need updating & our safe didn’t work and we gave up after asking 3 times to get it sorted . For the price of the hotel it is a good overall choice and we would recommend

Smukt hotel men service kan forbedres
Fantastik udsigt og gode faciliteter. Ikke så venligt personale, første dag fik vi god vejledning til området og vi fik også gode råd til at komme til strande osv. men de var ikke særligt imødekommende og smilende når vi havde spørgsmål og bad os også om at forlade hotellet med det samme da vi checkede ud kl 11 selvom vores fly først gik om aftenen.

Gamle interiør, kan have været et 4 stjernet hotel, men ikke længere. Deres restaurant til aftensmaden var så skuffende, både service og maden. Vi bestilte en salat (mix), de kom bare med nogle salat blade som var visnet og 2 stykker revet gulerod i… senest plus ved restauranten er udsigten, intet andet.

Great views. Clean room with Balcony. Close to quaint square with coble stone narrow streets to explore. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Would stay here again. The only downside is getting to and from Amalfi. Small buses are always crowded and hard to catch a ride. We shares taxis with other groups. Would recommend renting a scooter if you are comfortable riding that.

Bra beliggenhet og utsikt, men dårlig vedlikehold
Hotellet har bra beliggenheter, wifi og fin utsikt, men det er også det eneste som er bra. Hotellet er ekstremt dårlig vedlikeholdt og har dårlig standard. Personale mangler også et smil og serviceinnstilling. Det er null komfort på dette hotellet og ville aldri gitt det 4 stjerner.

Imponerende udsigt
Fantastisk beliggenhed med en imponerende udsigt, som man aldrig bliver træt af at se på. Morgenmaden på hotellet var glimrende og udsigten fra morgenmads-restauranten var helt i top. Hotellets faciliteter lever ikke længere op til de 4 stjerner - det har det måske gjort engang, men det er vist en del år siden. Serviceniveauet fra hotellets personale var skuffende og personalet i pool-området var direkte ubehøvlede.
